The Sunken City
The ruins of a vast city can be seen peeking above the sand to the southeast of Lookout's Landing. Due to a discovery that the ruins extend deep beneath the surface of the sand, expeditions have begun to explore deeper into the ruins.
Geography
The edge of the Sunken City begins in the jungle and it extends toward the beach. Most of the city is submerged under the clear ocean waves.
Natural Resources
Due to exposure to the elements, most relics in the ruins don't hold much value other than for their raw materials. However, the ruins are a steady source of a small amount of iron (from building fixtures and hardware), which is then taken back to Lookout's Landing to melt down.
