Sal'Vaisk'lith - spear

The "Shard of the Sun" in its native tongue. An anitech spear of precision and power. The shaft is made from the femur of the Platinum wyrm Korundul, and thus unblemished from the sands of time. A tip of painted bronze, flanked by a pair of stators powered with soul chambers along the next foot of the shaft adorns one end, and on the other a painted bronze null strike.
Used by the Prince's consort, Halifiath, while he served as a hero aboard the skyship Lel'ephantial, it fell in to the hands of Mal'Agator during the Winter Crucifixion and was lost to time upon the pirate's death.
When powered, this spear could pierce the heavens and the earth and could not be moved from its strike until Halifiath himself pulled the spear from the ground. It is said that once this spear transfixed the gnomech Alabast's golem to the wall of Ochrewatch fortress for a night and a day while the Prince decided on Alabast's fate for his crimes of sedition and regicide.
When wielded and powered, this spear functions as a Spear +1. While charged with a soul orb, the spear can be recalled to hand at will as long as it is within 60ft of the bearer. This spear may also drain its orb in order to transfix an enemy upon the ground. When struck, the anitech stators fire into the astral weave, and hold the spear fast into the web of time. The spear may not be moved by any creature other than the bearer unless great force is acted upon it. At the beginning of a creatures turn, a creature struck by the spear may spend either its action or its movement to make a DC 19 Strength Save. Until the save is passed, the creature is restrained.
The stators in this spear drain 1 soul die per day of active use. Using the transfixion feature also drains 1 soul die per use. The wielder of any anitech weapon may soul charge the damage dealt with any blow. On a hit, they may drain the soul orb powering the weapon and add one soul die to the damage rolled.
