The Birth of Cathreas Gods

As the Celestial Godfigures boredom was at its all time high, they created The Eight Primal Gods to do their work for them.

The Idea

*In the endless skies*
"Aaaah Ju, I'm so bored. Can't we do something fun?", Jala said.
"Fun? We literally did everything one can think of. We created over a Million species and I have zero inspiration. Also, I told you to not call me that!", Juva replied in a bored tone.
A few moments of silence filled the already empty void when suddenly Jalas eyes lit up. She jumped up and shouted: "I KNOW! WHY DON'T WE CREATE A SPIRIT SPECI-"
"We talked about this Jala. We will not create any more spirits. You are lucky Turmalin tuned out obedient. If it were to run wild, I don't know if we could catch it.
A slightly sad Goddess turned around pouting.

The Creation

The support godfigure brought the topic of spirits up every few decades, and after a millenia has passed, Aagdar finally surrendered and gave the go for the primal gods creations. It took the gods eight months to create the primal gods. They made sure to give them differences in personality to account for every type of being. Although the primals can percieve time, they are not affected by aging and can not manipulate the flow of time. This was a decision by the celestials to not make the primals too strong.

The Result

"I greet you, little gods. We, The Four Celestial Godfigures have summoned you as our obedient slaves! You shall carry out our tasks and entertain us as exchange for the gift of life!", The Mistress of Creation preached.
From this point onwards, the eight primals worked relentlessly for the celestial godfigures.
