His curiosity drives him. He would even go against the will of Aagdar for the sake of his nosey mindset, making him the most neutral of the four godfigures.

General Physical Condition
Urgee has a body that can be most accurately described with a mix between a bear and a human. He is well trained and has big muscles.
Special abilities
He can manipulate time to his will in every way imaginable. The only place where he can not manipulate time at all is in The Avemoor Solar System
Apparel & Accessories
Urgee does not carry any accessories with him to show, yet he has a belt with seemingly endless space where he stores souveniers from every single tribe he has ever visited.
Specialized Equipment
The belt he is wearing, a specially designed gift from Aagdar, has, as far as Urgee knows, infinite space and can store any item he desires. This was a gift he received from her before The Fall of the Primals for helping her create several solar systems and putting the principle of time into them.

All of his peers at least don't dislike him. He is rather talkative, sometimes annoying, but also often just quiet or not around because he is exploring different planets. The people who met Urgee all say, that he is a very passionate guy who can talk a full moon on his own and not make it boring.
Mannerisms
He is not the polite type. To most mortals he would talk to like he was a member of their tribe for a long time.
