Medallagmenos

Lesser Daemon of Mutation, Defilement, and Desecration

Medallagmenos is the Lesser Daemon of Mutation, Defilement, and Desecration. She feeds off of the ruining of that which others create, and revels in seeing the creations of others ruined or soured. She gains the most pleasure, though, from when a creator looks upon it's creation with disgust and disdain, casting it aside as something grotesque and unholy. 
As such, she takes pleasure in offering gifts and powers to mortals, in exchange for being able to change their form, often turning them into disgusting horrors. She commands legions of mutated things cast aside or abandoned by their creators and eventually absorbed into her own entourage. She also revels in the desecration of that which is considered holy, including temples holy circles, and even the bodies of the most ardently faithful. 
In one specific instance, a priest of Saint Ecclesius was offered the power to revive is dead daughter, who he himself and mercy-killed when she contracted The Grey Resonance. He successfully revived her, but when other priests went to check on him in the undercroft of the temple, they found her mutilated corpse beside a huge mass of writhing tentacles covered in eyes. The only remnant of the priest was that all of this wriggling mass's eyes were still the old priest's distinctive green eyes, but repeated over and over again across the entire thing. 
When Paladins eventually dispatched the horror, they could have sworn that they heard laughing, as though someone were watching and enjoying the show from the corner of the room.
