Iralax (Ear-a-lax)
Lesser Daemon of Rage, Grudges, and Mercilessness
Iralax is the Lesser Daemon of Rage, Grudges, and Mercilessness. She will often attempt to possess an individual who has fully succumbed to blind rage, spurring them on to acts of violence and carnage that they will no doubt regret.
Iralax is by far the most feared Daemon of the Dwarvish Clans. Though the tight-knit traditions of the Dwarves has kept them alive through many trials, they are also the most susceptible to holding generations-old grudges, and treating their enemies as being undeserving of mercy, two traits that drive Iralax and her followers to borderline orgasmic levels of ecstasy. Many elders have become close advisors to Dwarvish Clan leaders, only to later be revealed to have secretly been a priest of Iralax in hiding.
The Daemon Iralax has been rumored to walk the mortal plane, challenging strong warriors to single-combat. However, it is rare that they know her for what she is, and rarer more than they know of her sword Paralax. The sword Paralax is a large black-steel great sword that is forged in dark shimmering waves. Paralax can imbue any mortal it cuts with a disease called "The Red Curse", which compels them to seek battle and combat at any opportunity. The Red Curse has led the weak-minded to kill until they are killed, the somewhat strong-minded to take bloody revenge against all who have ever wronged them, and the particularly strong-minded to hide away from civilization, else their violent tendencies kill innocents.
