House Sideron

House Sideron is a recently raised noble family, who replaced the now extinct House Sanguin. The House's sub-Archon is Adelaide Sideron, who is also in Imperial Senator.
House Sideron rose to power only a decade ago, after the previous ruling house failed to maintain order and stability within the borders of the forest (not to mention that they had been slowly muscled out of most major industries, and had become destitute). Emperor Lucon Osticos believed that new leadership was needed to keep such a vital region under stable governance, and so House Sanguin was officially dissolved and replaced by house Sideron by Imperial decree approved by an almost unanimous vote in the senate.
House Sideron, and it's leader in particular have significant control over the most lucrative industries in the Cardyyd Forest, including gold mining, lumber milling, and the mining of the rare Sun-Steel deposits.
House Sideron's Crest is Battlements on a green field, with a sun-star over the battlements.
