Livon
Livon is the capital city and namesake of the Kingdom of Livonia. Here resides its king, Piotr Romanov I, and his council. Livon is well known throughout Albion for its music, culture, and whores, and has all three in ample supply. During the days of the Empire it was a cultural hub, filled with theaters and museums, laughter and music. Today, one of these museums survives and is run by the enigmatic 'Collector', a shadowy figure who despite his mysterious nature has opened his collection to the public to visit and peruse.
While not as large as the other capitals of Albion, Livon boasts some of the most beautiful architecture and infrastructure, with many Romanesque and Gothic styles. It is also relatively clean: due to its size horse traffic is forbidden within the inner walls and many Livonians pride themselves on their clean streets which they help to maintain.
Government
Livon is under direct rule of the King, with no appointed Earl or Baron. Kept safe by his Livonian Corps and a retinue of spell-casters, King Romanov often wanders the city when he is home to observe its cleanliness.
