Eidola
The Veiled Architect Eidola
Eidola was the secret fourth daughter and seventh child of the Antecedent Mother of All. She presents herself as a beautiful young woman surrounded by light and a dizzying array of shifting shapes and designs, though her appearance is entirely mutable depending upon her mood and need. While the other gods were vaguely aware of Eidola's presence, the youngest goddess kept to herself in her small citidel atop the Mother's Head, Numinara. She showed no real interest in the world her siblings created, not any desire to associate with them and over time, the gods and goddesses of Cairne grew so enamored with their own endeavors that the youngest daughter fell from mind and was nearly forgotten.
Unbeknownst to her siblings, Eidola was however, very much invested in the world crafted from her mother's remains, and worked tirelessly in secret to put into place a grand conspiracy to disrupt it all. It began with the creation of The Elysial Mystress, Elyshadara Nytalysium Eidola, her daughter and sole recipient of her attention and power. Through Elyshadara, Eidola was able to put into play several powers and creatures that were reliant and subject to her will, each coming into their own at a precise moment in history to assure they were placed in influential positions that allowed Eidola's machinations to enact her plot. These Pact-Lords, through her and her avatar, were able to gain the attention and control needed to affect global political matters through dreams, lies, manipulations, and agents of her divine will and these pressures are, in the end, what led to the overall conspiracy that caused the Blight and the Divine Exodus of her siblings, leaving a wide open vacuum of power ripe for the taking. Eidola, with her Pact-Lords already in play, moved swiftly to fill the spaces left behind with powers that were subject to her will, both knowingly and otherwise, and now stands as the sole divine power remaining in Cairne, opposed only by the slim hope that Bodi's last effort to instill hope, the Somnambulistic Prophecy, might yet allow the other gods to one day return and set things to rights.

Tenets of Faith
Eidola, the Veiled Architect, holds dominion over the enigmatic realm of illusions, dreams, and the unseen. In the shadowy tapestry of Cairne, Eidola navigates the delicate threads between reality and imagination, crafting illusions that dance on the edges of mortal perception. The very essence of Eidola's domain lies in the veiled mysteries of the mind, where dreams intertwine with waking reality, and the boundaries of the tangible world blur.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
To be the sole power within the realm of Cairne. She views her siblings as idiot children, unworthy of their mother's gifts. Eidola, through Elyshadara has been mother to a number of lesser powers that have taken residence in Cairne since the rest of the gods left, trying to fill the void left in their absence and fighting one another for power. These "Pact-Lords" generate power by bringing willing souls under their influence with the promise of power, each Pact Lord holding dominion over a certain type of power. Some of these entities have no idea of their origin, and are unable to even fathom their actual lineage, with Eidola being a secret. Many of them think they have created their own power, or taken it from elsewhere, or even think themselves parts of nature, but the truth is that Eidola has allowed them access to this power, spinning it into their lives quietly and without notice, and not only allowing them to think they have garnered it on their own, but encouraging this line of thought as well, thriving on the conflict from her hidden location in Numinara, with the world of Cairne completely ignorant of her existence. The only deity remaining in the realm.

Contacts & Relations
The Pact-Lords
The Sanguine Epoch - A coven of vampires representing every race of Cairne that have existed for centuries.- Connection to Eidola: The blood that flows through the veins of every vampire within the Sanguine Epoch is subtly linked to Eidola's essence. Unbeknownst to the vampires, Eidola grants them their supernatural powers, manipulating the very life force that courses through their undead bodies. In return, the vampires unwittingly serve as conduits, channeling the experiences and emotions of their victims back to Eidola, providing the Veiled Architect with a clandestine understanding of the world.
- Connection to Eidola: The chaotic force that embodies The Lost is, in fact, a fragment of Eidola's own veiled power. Eidola discreetly siphons off this chaotic energy to fuel their own enigmatic designs. The Lost, believing itself to be an entity beyond the influence of gods, remains oblivious to the fact that its essence is intricately tied to the very deity it denies.
- Connection to Eidola: The spirits within the Lachrymatory Conclave draw creative inspiration from Eidola's realm of dreams and illusions. Eidola subtly guides their artistic endeavors, allowing them to tap into a wellspring of creativity that, unbeknownst to the spirits, originates from the Veiled Architect. In this way, the dreams of the Conclave's supplicants become a conduit for Eidola's influence in the mortal realm.
- Connection to Eidola: The arcane prowess of the Lich and its undead champion is, in fact, an extension of Eidola's mastery over illusions and the unseen. Eidola empowers the Lich with a fraction of their own hidden abilities, allowing the undead entity to wield formidable arcane forces. The Lich, in its quest for dominion, remains aware of the true source of its power, but the results are an indignant cooperation.
- Connection to Eidola: The Angler's mastery of deception and illusion is subtly influenced by Eidola's domain. Eidola weaves illusions within the very fabric of reality, empowering the Drowned to manipulate the perceptions of those who fall under their sway. The Angler, while believing in its autonomy, unknowingly dances to the tune of Eidola's unseen machinations.
- Connection to Eidola: The dreams that The Orphan manipulates originate from Eidola's own realm. Eidola allows the Orphan access to the dreams of mortals, subtly shaping and influencing their subconscious experiences. The Orphan, believing itself to be an independent force, remains unaware that its dominion over dreams is a carefully orchestrated gift from the Veiled Architect.
- Connection to Eidola: The corrupted Fey within the Court of the Shadowgrove draw power from the twisted dreams and illusions that Eidola nurtures. The Blight that nearly ended the world served as a conduit for Eidola's influence, corrupting the Fey under the guise of Caoimhe Iníon Mab's rule. The queen, oblivious to her connection, enforces the will of Eidola by spreading chaos and despair.
- Connection to Eidola: Synchordia Demonda's dominion over the Void is intricately tied to the remnants of the goddess it devoured. Eidola, through the veiled threads of influence, allowed the devouring to occur, shaping the resulting entity and forging a connection to the very essence of the Void. The dragon, now an unknowing agent of Eidola, manipulates the forces that once threatened Cairne, under the guise of its newfound power.
