Northamos

Also known as The Farlands, Northamos is a sub-continent located in the far north of Bruna. Home to the migratory elven race of the Farlanders, the region remains mostly unexplored by outsiders, and is the subject of many Brunan myths and legends.

Geography

Most of the land in Northamos is sparsely populated tundra. To the south, some boreal forests can be found near the Lost Mountains. At the farthest north of the region, glaciers and permafrost tower over the land.

Fauna & Flora

Northamos is home to over half of the world's remaining population of megafauna. Throughout the Northern tundra, wild herds of snow bulls feed on bushes, berries and river fish. The coasts are home to smaller mammals, such as sea lions and manatees. Penguins are a common sight in the more snowy areas.
