Stacey's Taco Truck

As daughter of a kitchen chef Stacey Cooper has learned to make a hell of a Taco. She was able to get funding for her idea to "deliver food in a small driving kitchen" as she called it.
She got her funding with a substantial amount invested by her father. With that money she bought a Ford TT

The Ford TT Delivery truck is based on a standard frame and can be assembled with several components. She choose the closed transport block and rebuild it with her uncle, an exellent craftsman. He made a special construction to transport heated oil safely, created a smart clamping system to mount the utensils, pots and pans and arranged a small but capable powersource from Nick. That friend delivered the powersource, the pans and all the cooking/frying and stirring equipment. It is specially handmade and unique, the equipment is all engraved with beautiful carved initials: N.T.
She is one of the first to deliver at location in New York. The truck is quite large and she drives it very well.
Her normal route brings her to the police precinct, and from there to the library, finally passing the university round 4 o'clock. She heads back to the precinct and moves from there to the stadium. Her last stop is in Brooklyn, where poor people and homeless live under the bridge. They always know she delivers some free tacos, and coffee. She makes sure she empties her barrels before she returns back to the garage.

The truck is a marvel to behold: A black cabin with only one seat, two regular doors on each side and a small door to the back of the cabin, allowing her to enter the back. Very convenient when the weather is bad. Behind the door is a long kitchen, she can stand upright without hitting her head. but has enough space to move around. A teeny weeny small toilet is also incorporated behind a hidden door.
Another marvel is the electrical oven. It is powered by a heavy metal block, she doesn't understand how it works. she knows it heats very well and with only one knob to turn, it is simple, easy and excellent for her kitchen. When she parks the truck she can open two side panels, on either side.

Food preparation

Every day she prepares the food in her fathers restaurant, the Circassian Walnut Room.
She has free access to the kitchen and her ingredients are of high quality and the final end product is delicious.
Her own blend of hand selected and carefull branded coffee goes well with the spicey tacos.

Finance

She makes a small fortune with just the tacos and coffee.
The information she gathers by listening is sometimes also valuable.

Power Generation

The engine is a 177 cubic-inch four-cylinder gasoline engine that develops 20-22 horsepower.
A top speed of about 45 mph (with specific gears and . There is a 10-gallon fuel tank.
In order for the 20 horsepower engine to carry the one-ton load, a 7.25:1 differential was the standard rear end. A 5.17:1 rear end was offered for higher speed applications. With the standard 7.25:1 rear end, a TT seldom exceeds 20 miles per hour.
