Atlantis
Atlantis, a highly sophisticated metropolis, pinnacle of technology. With an instant travel gate to Venus where the Solar Council resides.
People are living in the metropolis and do not have to work. Atlantis is providing everything needed. Automated processes (Robots) are doing all the work needed. The population is diverse with mostly humanoids. Some other species can be found, some in their own controlled environment. Atlantis is created to transform earth. several hundreds of years ago the first engineer builders created the means to create a breathable atmosphere. and so far the process is working. It will take a very long time before the planet is habitable by humans. The sophisticated city is connected to the rest of the universe by a travelgate. The gate connects to the first planet colonised in the solarsystem and from there jumps can be made through the known galaxy.

Geography
Build on one of the main plateaus that still forms the world as it should be, the town would be vio0lently shaking every now and then. However Atlantis is build in such a way that this wont happen. The plateau is large and the metropolis is interlocked with the planets magnetic fields. (theoretical its flowing like a maglev on the earts core)
