As the original bansee siren, she realized that it was a lot of work. While it's work she doesn't mind doing, it is also work that she wanted to have help with but she didn't want to overwhelm others. So, she created the Banshees and Sirens that inhabit Caelum Prime even though not many Humans believe in them anymore.
