She moved into Apartment 3B of the White Quest Apartments three months ago. Lilly is one of the sensitive ones who can see Ghosts. The landlord informed her that the previous tenant died in the apartment. So, when she saw Julian Smith, she assumed that he was the last tenant.
While the two of them got to know each other, she never asked about his death. Eventually she finds a box of his belongings, including a note from his best friend Chloe and she reaches out to Julian's grandmother, Henrietta Smith. This is when Lilly finds out how long its been since Julian died. This leads to her confront him about it.
Once she knows the truth, she encourages him to reveal himself to his grandmother when she comes by.
