Filch Delta

The haunting monochrome fog of the Greylands mixing with the grime and brine of the Catseye plunges the air of this outlet of many Ochita tributaries in a sepia tone. These wild deltas overgrown and dangerous are the fabled birth place of the Sea Elves. Their serpent goddess, Eingana, after birthing the world laid eggs within the delta. It's said those born of the Saltmother sculpted the exiled of Greylands into her acolyte children. While a domain of Sea Elves remains in the Filch, most seek out pilgrimage to the birth place of the world and where their goddess was speared allowing her creation to spew forth, Median Island.   Named by the grey elves for the lives of their exiled stolen by the sea, the Filch teems with deadly wildlife and monstrous men. Ratmen, bullmen, and tribal dragonfolk rove its tepid estuaries stalking their next meals. Elf legends claims the cannibal dragonmen that reside there were shipped there to feast on young elves that do not listen to their elders.   Any sailors navigating the Filch are highly advised... not to. Instead, sailing to ruined Dunsany and braving lower Greylands by land will prove less deadly.
