C1 Session 13

RUN

General Summary

When we last left our heroes, they dragged their fallen comrade down to the base of he towerhouse where Harpine sit eating the remains of a duergar. The crew said their goodbyes and lower the corpse six feet under. The crew then followed a set of bootprints leading down an embankment. Yeezy, bereft and distraught, rolled down the hill covering the tracks and proceeded to spew his dinner filling one of the bootprints.
These prints lead to the ledge facing the ocean which few individuals scaled more successfully than others. After being rescued by Gromlock and his stone slab, the followed jesus footprints underneath the Cliffside of the towerhouse where a number of duergar bodies floating and festering facing a slightly elevated alcove. The crew ventured forth into dark, acrid catacombs deep within the Cliffside.
Deep in these catacombs lay decaying amenities, mimics and cloakers (both of which hungered for dragonborn) and a large amount of electrum. Deep in the depths lay a shrine to the Abyssal lord Jubilex where several duergar kneeled transfixed. Yeezy stuffed his pockets with treasures while Torque began slaying these dwarves attached by a sinuous cord. Gromlock began loudly chanting the verses of Lathander which led the structure to shake and violently fill with blackish green slime. Our heroes scrambled back up the dungeon being pincered by this impending sludge (Gromlock falling several times and taking acid damage from his hi jinx.) They escaped their doom and surveyed their loot… among which was a wooden box containing cards and several goblets of varying make. Now drenched in slime, sweat, and seafoam, the Survivors of the Sparrowhawk plan their next move...
