The Not So Itsy Bitsy Spider

On the way home from school, Preston is attacked by a man calling himself the Shocker. He tells Preston that he's after the crystal that he has around his neck. Preston gives it to him only to have it return into his pocket. He is knocked out by the Shocker, only to awaken with new knowledge and abilities. He defeats Shocker, and gets away as this world's Spider-Man.

While walking home from school, Preston is suddenly attacked by a man calling himself the Shocker. Instinctively, he is able to dodge his energy blast attacks, just like in the dream he had. Shocker begins yelling to Preston, asking him to hand "him" over. Confused as to what Shocker was talking about, Preston calls him crazy which just results in another blast getting thrown his way. He then tells Preston that he has it on good authority that he has the Spider-Man crystal, and warns him to hand it over before things get really bad for him. Preston looks down at the crystal around his neck, and notices that its glowing. Wanting the situation to be over with, he takes off the necklace and hands the crystal over to Shocker. As Shocker begins to walk away, the crystal seemingly disappears from his hand, angering him and causing him to believe that this was some sort of trick by Preston. Preston, unaware of what is happening, reaches into his pocket to find the crystal has mysteriously teleported back to him. Shocker sends another blast towards him, however a crowd has sort of formed in the area and Preston, not wanting anybody else to get hurt by the blast, takes the hit and is knocked back into the Merrimack River below. This causes Preston to blackout for a bit and enter this strange dream world.   It was a house with pictures of some couple on the walls.
