Alene is the daughter of the Magician King of Somerset and the princess of Somerset.
A private person, Alene rarely leaves the Castle by the Great Bridge. Throughout 489 she was afflicted with the curse of the Goblin Market. She had her soul restored by Salisburian knights Sir Gwyn, Sir Artaire and Sir Amlyn.
She later assisted Sir Artaire in the capture of his uncle Sir Eiffin of Lighthorne.
She is known to frequently visit the graves of Sir Amlyn, Sir Gwyn, and Sir Artaire.
