The Federated Cities of Ti'ei, often referred to simply as Ti'ei, is a country in central Ytvía in southern Jælondis, bordered by Keqallía to the southeast, Daqún to the south, Nof to the southwest and the territory of the nomadic lútlans to the northwest. It's home to the insular ti'eians, Lowland Dwarves who inhabit several underground settlements connected by a network of tunnels and -more recently and to lesser extent- roads, the largest of which is the capital of Najall in the eastern part of the country.
Ti'ei is mostly known for producing incense, jewelry and llama cheese, and a growing number of people visit the country each year to experience the unique culture of the inhabitants.

Structure
Ti'ei consists of eleven states, each centered on a certain town or city and surrounding villages. Village heads, mayors, governors of each state and other officials are all chosen through sortition, and while the governor of Najall acts as the ruler of the country, it's mostly a symbolic position as each state has considerable autonomy.
