Porter Munday

Porter Munday is The Harbormaster of Fair Luck Bay. While her position is not an official one, she is something of a kingpin in the settlement and keeps other officials, like the mayor, Arlo Dinkins, in her pocket. 

Personality

Few are said to know Porter Munday well. Those in her inner circle who have spent more time around her say that she is a woman of few words. Some say her knives have done more speaking than she has. She spends most of her time in The Harbormaster's Office, where she accepts visits from important members of the community for discussion. While not particularly social, she is not a recluse, and she can often be seen on the deck of her office, overlooking the entire bay, stitching macreme.
On Saturday nights, like clockwork, she visits The Milk Bar, goes straight to a private room and is not seen for the rest of the night.

Appearance

Smokin' hot. Always immaculately dressed in loose shirts and pantaloons that give her a relaxed, elegant look, yet allow her easy movement in case of a fight or an escape. The faintest tip of a scar peeks out along the side of her neck, continuing back, but covered by her hair. Her hair is usually hanging down in a braided style. She does not usually wear much jewelry apart from bracelets, but often has an bejeweled accessory- pin, comb, headband- sticking out of her hair.
