Arlo Dinkins

Arlo Dinkins is the official mayor of Fair Luck Bay. Though anyone in the settlement knows that he holds a title and nothing else. All real power is located with the office of The Harbormaster.

Personality

Arlo is a jovial, chatty, social figure known to dart back and forth across Fair Luck Bay all day and night so that he can try to always make an appearance at any parties, events, new ship arrivals, market festivals, and any gathering that involves groups of people.
He refers to almost anyone he's ever met as "a dear friend." He has a knack for remembering at least one or two things about anyone he's met, though he rarely stays in one conversation for very long, unless the person he's talking to is of significant importance to the agenda of the Arlo and the town.
He regularly visits Porter Munday at The Harbormaster's Office to report on any new information he has learned on his rounds. He considers her a "dear, dear friend."

Appearance

Arlo usually wears out of date, shabby suits with a ruddy red, thin string tie. His skin is light grey. He is almost entirely bald, with just a small tuft of black hair combed forward. He has large eyes, large flappy ears, thin arching eyebrows, and a protruding nose. He keeps a thin curling mustache.
