Rozhchuesh
Port city on the northern coast of the Mishtz̀azey.
Government
City council of 6 members, presided over by a mayor.
A modest 1% tax is charged on all goods moving through the port. There is also a 1% tax on all goods sold in the bazaar. Collected taxes maintain roads, docks, and city defenses, including town guard wages.
The town guard consists of able bodied residents who volunteer at least some time to the town guard. A small hourly wage is paid. While participation is not required, it is strongly encouraged.

Geography
Rozhchuesh is bordered to the south and east by a massive cliff faces, reaching a height of several hundred feet. To the north and east is ocean. There is a large (30 ft high, 60 ft wide, 100 ft deep) archway carved into the cliff to the south, providing access to the interior.
