Mutagenic Compound, Mk Ⅶ

This is the final and most powerful formulation of mutagenic compounds developed at the Advanced Mutagenic Research Facility before it's destruction. Even during the Fourth Age there remains gallons of the material in various type of canisters and at several stages of production.
Mutagenic compounds were developed late in the and served as a precursor to the techniques used during the Third Age  to develop advanced bioengineered beings.
