Seliphus
One of the Three Capitals of Alstanus District, Seliphus serves as the de facto capital. It lies on the northern coast of the Jukano Gulf The also are home to a thriving exploration and cartography industry. They are known to send fleets across Notria and beyond, even making contact with distant countries. Also much of the statewide administration is housed here. Including the local professional army.
Demographics
Most diverse city, with mostly sun dwelling species from across the continent. Human minority-majority.
Government
Council of city elders along side the three lords of Alstanus. The Current ruling family of the city is House Seliff, lead by Lord Leopold von Seliff.
Defences
Walled city with watchtowers surrounding it. Their is a keep inside.
Guilds and Factions
The regional headquarters of the Tivel Ranger Company is based here.
A small outpost of Jukano Gulf Consortium, a merchant house from Chel, in order to maintain their trade connections within Tiveldech.
