Charseus
The smallest of the three cities of Alstanus District , Charseus is made up of artisans and farmers of the district. They are critical to the support of the other two cities as the grain they provide supports the cities large populations.
Demographics
Majority humans with other sun species and a few aquatic as well. Mostly small folk and other sedentary races.
Government
A alderman runs the city along side a council choosen by the people. They also elect a Lord to represent them in Seliphus.
Defences
The city is surrounded by palisade walls and only has a small guard force, but when needed. Many farmers of the country side cna muster to mount a strong defense.
Assets
They have many granaries and cheap market places for common goods. They also have many shops that sell small trinkets and goods as well imports from the two other cities. Prices are generally a bit cheaper, but rarer items hard to find.
