Kieper Messle
Kieper Messle is a Tsa-Shazin Prince of the Black Sails Brethren. Formerly he was a mercenary, but found that raiding convoys was better than protecting them. He is extremely violent, ordering whole crews slaughtered if they refused to surrender when his colors were raised. His fleet are referred to as the Southern Swords and primarily filled with cut throats and mercenary types many from Sventa, or the Bashied Desert.
