Dreadwood
The Dreadwood is a dark and wild place, covered in a constant fog, and the home to many evil influences. It dominants the northern part of the Strasnek island. What ever lurks beyond the tree line is unknown, those who go it often do not return as the same people, or at all.
Localized Phenomena
The forest is always damp and dark. It is impossible to map, as the trees and landscape seem to shift themselves to confuse outsiders. In addition those who disappear into the forest sometimes reappear months or years later without having aged in that time.
