Baldr
The current King of Asgard, alongside his wife the Almother; Nanna.
Baldr is the son of Odin , and his wife Frigg.
It was prophesised that he would die, and so his mother attempted to save his life by making all living things promise not to hurt him. However she does not ask mistletoe; a young entity, who she deemed too harmless to ask. During the celebration of Frigg's apparant success, Loki tricked Baldr's brother Hod , the blind God into throwing a mistletoe dart at Baldr. It poisoned him, and sent him to Nifelheim alongside his wife Nanna who would not be parted from him. Baldr only returns from Nifelheim to fight with the Aesir upon Ragnarok.
Baldr also has a son, Forseti , the God of Justice.
When Odin dies, and Hel's army force the Gods back to Asgard from Midgard, Baldr takes up his fathers mantle as Alfather; King of the Gods. He is advised on his rule by his fathers brothers, Vili & Ve.
