Rakai's Cabal
The Rakai Cabal is a group of nobility that work hand and hand with the Emperor. They help in the month to month tasks handling the plans at their individual level. Each person in the cabal has direct oversight of various Empire functions and works to maintain them as best as possible.

A council of 7 individuals that oversee the month to month operation of the empire. They report directly to the Emperor and are responsible for delegating tasks down to the administrative levels.
