The Laws of Belthuran

There is magic. That magic is a vital part of life on the material plane, everything has at least some level of magic in it whether passive or active is seemingly chance. The magic or the Arcane is a fine balance of all types of energy of the cosmos, elemental, celestial, profane, chaos and order blended together.

Cosmology

Created by the World Forger and the prime elementals to serve as the anchor and source of power for the Great Binding which holds all the planes together separated from one another. This knowledge is known as fact by the Draz Tyran but is hotly debated by literally everyone else to the point where wars have been fought over this question.

Principal Geography & Features

The world has many unique forms of geography, perhaps the most being the Crystal Gardens. Places where the Arcane has settled so heavily that everything organic has begun to crystalize. Plants take to this process better and become crystal versions of the original still very much alive but now taking in arcane energy instead of needing the sunlight, they shine and hum at different pitches under the light of the moons.   Outside of Savorah, there are deserts that rain molten glass, forests made of ivory trees, and so much more.

Initial Active Setting

The initial scale is on the continent of Savorah, while there are others, they haven't been fully developed yet. Journies to other planes and even into the Arcane itself are as possible as going to another continent.
