This book contains the compiled research notes of Endrik Weiss while he studied the crystal Zulchite.
It was through Endrik Weiss's research that the people of Belriadde learned how to use Zulchite in crafting magical items. This research allwoed the development of magitech and thus shaped the history of the world.
Purpose
This tome was written by Endrik Weiss because he saw that his discovery and research had the ability to drastically alter the future. This tome was penned so that the knowledge could be spread throughout Belriadde.

The Confederation of Undead States: In the Confederation this tome is legal for any lich or craftsman to own. Many vampire counts have a copy of the tome in their library for the occasion that they wish a magical item created for them.
The Human Empire: The tome is legal to read if you are a registered Spellblade, are attending a Spellblade Academy, or are an Imperial Licensed Wizard. Book stores may legally have a single copy for sale but may only sell it to a Licensed Wizard or Spellblade.

This document made magitech viable. Through using Zulchite in the manner specified in the tome any mage could craft magical artifacts without having to resort to drastic measures to imbue power into an object. The Confederation of Undead States views this document as proof that they are not embodied evil. After all would an evil nation share the secret to using Zulchite?
