Sybol Downs (a.k.a. Sybol The Mad)
While held captive during the attack on Sovereign, Sybol came in contact with Blacke through a fatally wounded Bulwark, and became her new host. With his newfound power, he would orchestrate a large scale jailbreak before vanishing into the night.
Last contact with Sybol has him heading into The Northern Wastes.

Sybol and Cheshire are childhood friends and comrades, growing up in the undercity together. From time to time, Sybol will get information through Cheshire, either for his targets or general information gathering, while Cheshire typically has a target from a client to pass along.Blacke
Sybol acts as her host, keeping her tethered to the Real World. If you follow Sybol's bloody trail to the north, you'll find Blacke has stepped in on multiple occasions in battle.The two maintain an interesting relationship together, Blacke seems to genuinely care about Sybol, given his increasingly violent urges as time goes on.

Sybol and Cheshire grew up together in the Undercity, and have watched each other's backs their entire lives. While Sybol doesn't have any biological family to speak of, he considers Cheshire to be his little brother.
Either would readily put their life on the line to protect the other.

Arj has always made a point to visit the Undercity to have a feeling of how the capital city is as a whole, and quickly made friends with Sybol in his youth. Sybol would listen to his talks on how the world works, and was always fascinated by battle strategy and tactics.
The two would value each other's friendship, and work together on multiple occasions before and after the fall of Sovereign to the Draconian Empire.
History
While Sybol is of little note to Commander Maximus beyond his escape, Maximus has become Sybol's obsession ever since he watched his city fall. Sybol now intends to kill Maximus, no matter the cost.
