The Golden Circle
Structure
The Circle can be split into two distinct parts: Prostitution and Covert Operations. Each side works in tandem to provide results, but the methodology is very different.
Brothels can appear overnight, as members of this side of the organization can flip an abandoned building rapidly and give it a proper setup for prostitution. This gives many of the abandoned structures in the Sovereign Undercity a reputation as houses of ill repute. These buildings are frequently abandoned and stripped down just as quickly, as drawing too much attention to the operation could lead to trouble.
The Prostitution side of the Circle isn't purely about sex, information gathering remains the primary goal of the organization. Anything that can be gleaned from their suitors is considered valuable, whether it is spoken, stolen, or coerced. Prostitutes frequently make use of alcohol, drugs, and numbing agents to achieve this, and typically without the victim even aware that they have been probed for information.
Agents obtain their information through eavesdropping and breaking into properties, the goal to extract information without leaving a sign of their presence.
Enforcers use blunt weaponry to impose their will over their targets, either to get information forcefully, or to send a message. They also double as bodyguards and security for many of the Circle's operations.
Killing is typically avoided, but given a large enough threat, an individual may have an "accident", or simply disappear.

More intrusive information collecting often requires a more "hands on" approach. This can come in the form of breaking into property, or breaking a person. Sometimes, a person needs to be silenced.Agents obtain their information through eavesdropping and breaking into properties, the goal to extract information without leaving a sign of their presence.
Enforcers
Sometimes however, you need to send a message, or silence one from being sent. This is the job of an Enforcer.Enforcers use blunt weaponry to impose their will over their targets, either to get information forcefully, or to send a message. They also double as bodyguards and security for many of the Circle's operations.

Assets
The Golden Circle hosts a large number of Prostitutes and Agents, acting to gather information on all things they can get their hands on. The exact size of his crew is impossible to pin down, but it is easily in the hundreds.
The Circle's equipment seems as varied as it is advanced, many agents carry a handgun and a quality dagger of sorts, with some carrying shortswords or clubs. Gadgetry used for escape or engagement is common, such as smoke bombs, pocket sand, glass shards for blinding, among others.
