N’uma’ner

This is the way the city manages to feed itself, being a marvel of both engineering and druidic magic. It works every hour of the day, continually growing various crops within it’s enormous structure. A crop can be grown within days rather than months using the methods set down by Bronwen and her descendants and each plant yields far more than they would naturally. At any one time there are nearly 40 druids at work within the structure, manipulating the magics within, as well as several thousand unskilled labourers, pickers and hands that ensure the required supplies and water comes in and the food goes out. Running the facility is a miracle of logistics more than anything else and Eleri Vineguard takes her responsibility very seriously. To minimise the impact of the facility on the beauty of the gardens above it, the majority of it’s traffic travels underground several hundred yards before exiting onto the main thoroughfares of the city, thereby giving the illusion that the facility only has the one main entrance.
