Millers Guild
A group of miller that oversee the operation of all the water mills within Shattergleam Forest. The Guild busies itself with fighting for the rights of the underrepresented people of White Glen and Shattergleam Forest in general. The Guild lacks for resources and does not wield much clout, but the members believe in the importance of what they are doing.
Structure
The Millers Guild closely represents a union without any of the bargaining power. The people millers of Shattergleam Forest meet with a head representative who relays their needs to the The Radiant Seat. There are no ranks within the guild but they do foster a sense of mutual respect for all members and their families.

To represent the millers of Shattergleam Forest and have their needs and concerns addressed by the The Radiant Seat.

History
After the expansion in DR 1492, Shattergleam Forest was a very undesirable place to live. The district was a haven for political dissidents, criminals, and outcasts. It was only after the completion of Istishia's Dance that the district became valuable. Mills sprang up around the Black Gorge and facilitated agricultural prosperity. Realizing that Shattergleam monopolized the production of flour, the people of White Glen came together to form the Millers Guild in order to force The Radiant Seat to give them basic concessions.
