Istishia's Dance

A name given to the rapid cycle of precipitation within Bastille. Water is constantly falling toward the Great Light. When it gets close enough, the water evaporates and rises away from the Light towards the outer bounds of the Bastille where temperatures are much colder. The water then condenses and creates rain. This rain falls on the many districts, the outermost receiving the heaviest rains and the innermost almost none. One entire water cycle can take as little as four hours. This leads to a quick cycle of rains and dry periods known as Istishia's Dance.
