Murkside

Murkside, also called the Outskirts of Murk, is a geographical area in the County of Geryatdale flanked by the Eastern and Western Geryatdale Plains and containing Mount Gero. To its north lies the Great Forest of Geryatdale, and to its south lies the Barrier Forest. It also contains the River Geryat, which flows from Mount Gero southward through the Barrier Forest and into Heotha. Its terrain consists of gentle, mostly wooded hills with valleys containing the most fertile soil in the county. Murkside is therefore home to many of the county's minor settlements and hamlets, particularly along the River Geryat.
