Tome of Strahd

The Tome of Strahd is a journal and magical grimoire written by Strahd von Zarovich shortly after the Mistfall, which is believed to describe the nature of the curse that befalls the County of Barovia, as well as magical clues to the Dread Lord's undoing. Its whereabouts are unknown.
The Tome is one of the foretold items of the Fortunes of Ravenloft, which Madam Eva prophecised the Heroes would reclaim and use against Strahd von Zarovich. Madam Eva indicated that it would be studied by Soryn d'Nemishcata during her reading.
Due to Soryn's investigations, it is believed to be in the ruins of Berez, a settlement in the Bogs of Berez.
