Bianca Lacusta was a Barovian Human Farmer from Solec, whose fields bordered those of Mathais Shashlovich. Bianca was the unwed mother of two twins: Ivan Lacusta and Margareta Lacusta, though neither have been seen for several months.
Though a member of the Harvest Society, Bianca was extremely outspoken about not using the Shashlovich Blood'n'Bone, causing her fields to rot and take to blight. She is believed to have died from severe food poisoning when she ate the blighted crops. Her house, Lacusta House, now stands empty, and her fields have been appropriated by Mathais Shashlovich.

Bianca was borned and raised in Solec (despite lies to the contrary from Mathais Shashlovich) and as such had a bolstered immune system towards the blighted crops that were grown before the introduction of Shashlovich Blood'n'Bone.
Bianca once had a fling with Falkon Bobrinsky, with whom she fell in love (though it was not reciprocated). Having been a virgin before the dalliance, and having not slept with anyone since, this makes Falkon the only possible father of her two children, Ivan Lacusta and Margareta Lacusta.
Bianca adopted the use of Shashlovich Blood'n'Bone, but began experiencing terrible nightmares (probably caused by magical sigils painted below her bed, invested with mental-affecting spells), and thus swore off its use. Her crops once more became blighted, but despite her heightened immune system, she still apparently died of food poisoning.
