Personal history
Shortly after being turned into a Vampire and coming to Castle Ravenloft, Anastrasya decided to take it upon herself to redecorate the decrepit Castle Ravenloft Chapel for her and Strahd von Zarovich's "wedding." However, she did not get far in her efforts before being discovered by Rahadin Temnoye, who in turn ratted her out to Strahd who demanded she leave the Chapel alone. Since then, Anastrasya spends much of her time in the Chapel dreaming of how she would remodel it, that is when she is not busy arranging fancy dinners in the Castle Ravenloft Dining Room or practicing her dances with animated corpses in the Castle Ravenloft Ballroom.
Anastasya lairs in the Chapel, using the temporary coffin that was constructed to carry Queen Ravenovia von Roeyen along the Old Svalich Road towards the castle after she was killed (though Anastrasya does not know this is where the coffin comes from).
