Library of Dulcet Basillara
Dulcet Basillara is an Library built during the late Carovarian period, approximately 200 years before the fall of the empire. It has stood overlooking the sea on a cliff in Bankside in Renelestre as a reminder of that ancient influence which still pervades Parensatian culture.
In recent times, it has become a repository of records both new and ancient, with scrolls and books dating back to Carovarian times. Under the watchful eye of the Knights of the Three Lillies, the library has been under the administration of the Prince; this has kept certain secrets of the city out of the hands of interested parties, and allowed the city to protect historic sites and works of art at the same time. Toward this end, the Knights of the Three Lillies have established an historical society which registers and manages important structures all across the city.
