Westacott Gardens

The Westacott Gardens building sits toward the southeast edge of Valcoast in a worker’s neighborhood. There is a significant Eastern European minority living here and the community is calm and generally quiet. It has its local haunts and businesses, but is tucked away from the bustle of the tech offices closer to center city.
Westacott Gardens is not luxury, but not the worst place in town. High speed internet and last gen, but decent tech security keep it enticing for the lower middle-middle class renters. It is reasonably kept, but there’s some cobwebs. It smells vaguely of industrial cleaner once every month or two, interspersed with cigarette smoke and pungent stews of various ethnicities.
The first floor is home to the landlord's other two businesses, Ikaros Pizza: A nondescript pizza place with unusual Greek influence, and Gregorios' Neighborhood Bar, which looks to have been opened sometime in the early aughts and hasn't changed since.
A place like Westacott Gardens is perfect for your crew, and that’s why you live here. The building’s owner has no plans to pony up for the expensive MetOS integration, but promises the amenities you need for a head quarters, so long as you don’t bother Mrs. Bachtiari in 3B.
Officially in none of the crew’s names, your apartment is a 4th floor walk-up, 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath sprawl that takes up half the floor in the small building. It’s cramped, but has enough room and storage for all your contracting gear. You’ve got some room to relax and leave empty takeout containers and knocked over beer bottles. It’s usually vaguely dark, but that keeps the stains on the carpet from sticking out too much.
Home sweet home. Try not to lose your deposit.
