Gux (GUH-cks)
Gux is a lizardfolk who lives near the village of Tanjarr. While they do not live in the village proper, they live close enough that most of the villagers there consider them part of the community, albeit on the outer fringes due to their unusal habits. Even for a lizardfolk, Gux is a bit unusual. They talks to themselves, as though they is speaking with another person which unnerves alot of people. Their movements also cause some to be a bit nervous around them, as they stalks around people, as if studying them, like a predator would their prey. But Gux has never been known to attack any of the villagers, and seems to shy away from conflict.
Gux lives self-sufficently on some marshland North of the village, on the Southern Edge of the Tallrook Woodlands, West of the Orchard. Gux has lived there longer prior to the village being relocated here after the original village of Tanjarr was attacked. They have provided the village with medicine and treatment for illnesses, saving many lives over the years. Rumour has it that they once saved someone who had suffered a fatal wound, by summoning the power of a local spirit. Stories suggest that the spirit took on the form of a white snake, which emerged from Gux's mouth, bit the wounded individual who then survived.
Gux is known to dislike Grammie, but it is unclear why.
