The title can only be granted to a Prince(ss).

Crowned is only bestowed upon a Prince(ss) by the current ruler of the country.

As the Crowned Prince(ss), they are expected to keep face and maintain proper etiquette when out in public for they are the next in line for the throne.

As the direct descendant to the crown and the next ruler of the country, the individual has the backing of the country in any and all forms. Therefore, the title holders are in precarious positions with the actions they undertake.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The title can only be removed if the holder is disowned by the current ruler, takes the throne, or abdicates the title out of their own will and reason.
