Halamuth
In between the Northern Dividing Archipelago and Amaarion lies a steep, twin-pinnacled island of Halamuth, with a small flying island hovering above its peak. An observatory stands on the levitating landmass, rivalling the stargazing towers of the Nine Skies.
Halamuth is home to the sixth ascended god Yuvnis, an unparalleled scientist and creator of the Aakhir race. His hand-picked aakhir assistants watch the Sun's colourful body slither inside its shell and inform Yuvnis of any minuscule tears on its surface. The sixth ascended god uses newfound knowledge to further his research, create an artificial sun and replace Shemokmedi with it. He recognises the risks, yet can’t forgive the Sun for destroying his home planet. An enormous dark figure circles Halamuth. Her massive, serpentine body is speckled with holes, forming whirlpools surrounding the peculiar island. Sailors speak of a booming voice warning anyone getting close and vortexes engulfing ships of curious captains.
She is none other than Julio, the seventh ascended goddess who formed Ayonnera’s oceans and aquatic life. She shares resentment towards the Sun and assists Yuvnis, keeping her friend’s work away from prying eyes.

Ascended gods can't directly harm the Sun. So Yuvnis plans on asking Med'Hea for help when the artificial sun is done.
