Where Halatir grew up is unknown. It presumed to be Dawnstone as that is where he first made an impact on society.Creating a Haven
Halatir's Haven was founded fifty years ago in Dawnstone. Halatir quickly became the go-to person for all magical inquiries in the capital. A couple of years ago, a close friend bequeathed his store in Ullford to Halatir. Halatir himself had never considered expansion before this but after taking on the second shop, he has gone on record that he prefers the quieter life in Ullford. Since the second shop opened, he has spent the majority of his time at that store.Recently
Halatir's apprentice, Podrin, was the victim of a Kobold attack whilst he was returning with magical wares collected from the Dwarven lands. Podrin managed to get back to Ullford on foot and with the help of a few adventurers reclaimed the stolen goods.Physical Description
