Huntmaster
The leader of the Ice Hawks guild is known as the Huntmaster. Jurlah Norred-Frostblade has been the current Huntmaster for the last seventeen years.
Duties
The Huntmaster maintains the morale of the Ice Hawks, as well as maintaining the image and reputation of the guild.
Responsibilities
The Huntmaster is in charge of accepting contracts and negotiating the payment for those contracts. Additionally the Huntmaster is responsible for choosing a contract for prospective members to prove their worth to join the Ice Hawks, thus assessing the potential of those prospects. Internal conflicts within the Ice Hawks are mediated by the Huntmaster and within the organization the Huntmaster has the final say.
Equates to
The Huntmaster is the acting equivalent of a guild master of the Ice Hawks.
