The Assassination of Queen Irien Morfess

Queen Irien Morfess was assassinated by the rebel group Darlioth Charoi.

Members of the Darlioth Charoi rebel group that held high positions in Annotii organized an emergency meeting with Queen Irien Morfess.
With the King currently being a prisoner of the dwarves of Svimalin, the losses of the War of Old and the deaths and destruction caused by Varinor-Kenui such a meeting was to be expected and a good opportunity to carry out the assassination of the Queen.   The meeting went on for a few hours before Queen Irien and some other nobles took a walk in the royal garden. The nobles that walked with her, were all members of Darlioth Charoi. The two guards that walked with them all were easily dispatched by the nobles and Queen Irien was then stabbed to death. The nobles made it look like assassins came into the garden and assaulted them all but got away after killing the Queen.
