Stonebrook

A small farming village located to the north of the foot of the Windwall Mountains in The Sheltered Plains.
A small creek is flowing through the centre of the village.
The town's current Mayor is Quincey Dart.
The town guard is led by Edwin Abbot.
One of the guards is called Warci Freelander.
Another is called Grimes Freelander.
The local carpenter here is called Gillian Burner.
The apothecary's name is Wissant Whitetail.
The blacksmith in town is called Bartok Smith.
The butcher in town is Robert Grips.
The two coopers in town are the brothers Damien and Michael Hilltop.
One of the farmers is called Bartok Creek.

It has one tavern located not too far from the western gate.
The church in the centre of town is one of the few buildings that survived the attack in 999, the church is run by the priest Thaon.

Defences

A wooden wall with a few archer towers and the town guard defends this village.

Industry & Trade

Stonebrook is mainly self-sufficient but imports a lot of wood from Munavegir as they don't have any forests nearby.
They export barrels to Munavegir.
They also export fish to the other human settlements on the island.

The Church of Innos has one church in the centre of town.

History

It was originally built in 834 by some farmers. The village didn't experience much growth and stayed at a small size.
In autumn of the year 999 it was destroyed due to an assault by Orcs.
It was quickly rebuilt a short time later.
In October of 1004, the village surrendered without a fight to Esktria.
