Soulgate

A soulgate is a circle of rocks. Laid out in a purposeful pattern.
When magic energy is released in the circle, it teleports anything inside it to any soulgate the user wishes to travel to as long as they are aware of this soulgate. If the user doesn't know of any soulgate it will teleport them to a random soulgate.

For a long time no one knew who created these strange devices or what their purpose was; only by trial and error over centuries, has its purpose been discovered.
The Wizards Council has studied these lately and began using them for their purposes.
